If you did not received your card within the 1 ~ 3 weeks period please use the Lost Card link from your Account. A replacement card will be issued at no cost. Please note that once the card is reported as Lost it will be deactivated within max. 30 minutes automatically.
If you do not receive your Replacement Card you are entitled to a full refund. Contact [email protected] with your transaction number/order id from the email you registered in our system and provide a refund address. Please note refunds are only sent in BTC (bitcoin) and are processed within 24-48 hours.
